It is considered the purest form of fishing with a rod and, done properly, is beautiful to behold. It's called fly-fishing because of the lure, or "fly", which, unlike bait, isn't food for the fish but only pretends to be. The kitchen looks old-fashioned, but the stove is a modern gas-electric hybrid with six burners. Just outside on the deck there is an excellent wood-fired kamado grill for cooking up a steak or maybe a nice, big locally-caught trout. Cozy table in the kitchen
